Currently, we are looking for a **Junior Engineer/ Engineer Draftsman** who is competent in Solid works and Autocad drawing software, preferably with an engineering background in technical drawing. They will provide engineering and technical support to Inline Engineering Services Pty Ltd and also assist in the safe efficient execution of work across the ILES functions.

**PRE-REQUISITES**:

- Tertiary Qualification in **Mechanical Engineering.**:

- Understanding of standards applicable to working within the resources sector.
- **Sound mechanical aptitude and drawing skills**:

- Sound customer relationship building skills.
- Having well developed organizational skills.
- Effective team player and positive communicator within a team environment.
- Computer literate.
- **Excellent English Fluency both written and verbal**

**DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Including, but not limited to:

- Planning and executing mechanical designs u**sing Solid works, CAD, CAM, and 3D CAD programs.**:

- Managing documentation including ITP’s, MDR’s and other associated documentation.
- Documenting the design process, iterations, and test analytics.
- **Preparing technical reports, design specifications documents, and operational manuals.**:

- Analyzing test data to determine the causes of defects, failure, or flaws and facilitating corrective measures.
- Performing quality control on all projects, writing reports, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Conducting research to inform the design and engineering methods required for the mechanical systems.
- Performing risk assessments and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Keeping informed of developments and innovation in validation engineering.
- Ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures.
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of the company Culture, Vision and Mission statements.
- Raising and reconciling any NCR’s against works and/or process

**COMMUNICATION**
- Participate in Company meetings as requested.
- Uphold company standards of communication and professionalism.
- Foster a collaborative work environment with all other Company employees.
- Develop rapport with customers, suppliers and co-workers.
- Actively seek out and communicate improvement opportunities.
