Key Responsibilities:
**Conduct Spoken English Classes**:

- Design and deliver engaging and effective spoken English classes to students.
- Create lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students preparing for IELTS and PTE exams.

**IELTS and PTE Exam Preparation**:

- Familiarize students with the format and requirements of the IELTS and PTE exams.
- Provide targeted instruction to enhance students' speaking skills for the speaking sections of both exams.

**Individualized Coaching**:

- Offer personalized coaching to address the specific language proficiency needs of individual students.
- Provide constructive feedback on students' spoken English performance.

**Assessment and Feedback**:

- Conduct regular assessments to gauge students' progress in spoken English.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills.

**Integration of Technology**:

- Incorporate relevant technology and multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Utilize online platforms and tools for remote instruction when necessary.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in language teaching and assessment.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective language learning program.
- Work closely with other faculty members to align curriculum and teaching strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in teaching spoken English to non-native speakers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,140.09 - ₹36,637.64 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
