Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of server administration (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing platforms.
- Understanding of IT security best practices and tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Monitor system performance, availability, and security to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as backups, updates, and patches.

2. Network Management:

- Manage the organization's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN).
- Set up and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and optimize network performance.

3. User Support:

- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.

4. Security and Data Protection:

- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's IT systems from unauthorized access, viruses, and other threats.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Create and enforce IT security policies and procedures.

5. System Upgrades and Migrations:

- Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Test and deploy new software releases and updates.

6. Disaster Recovery and Backup:

- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or data loss.
- Regularly perform data backups and verify data integrity.

7. Documentation:

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Keep records of system changes, upgrades, and incidents.

8. Project Management:

- Collaborate with IT teams to plan, execute, and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and technology implementations.

9. Stay Updated:

- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in system administration, network technology, and IT security.
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge through self-learning and professional development opportunities.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
