**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and organize files using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Support HR and other departments with documentation and data entry.
- Maintain inventory and office supplies.
- Greet visitors and manage front-desk duties (if applicable).
**Requirements**:
- Strong **verbal and non-verbal communication** skills.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel and Word**.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in administrative roles is an advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
