**Job Summary**:
The **Food and Beverage Controller** is responsible for monitoring and controlling the cost of food and beverage operations in the hotel. This includes managing inventory, analyzing costs, reducing waste, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role ensures that F&B operations remain profitable while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Cost Control & Financial Management**
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs to align with the hotel’s budget.
- Prepare and analyze cost reports, variance analysis, and profitability assessments.
- Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
- Track daily sales and consumption reports to optimize costs.

**2. Inventory Management & Stock Control**
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper inventory levels.
- Monitor food and beverage usage to prevent waste and pilferage.
- Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and proper stock rotation practices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.

**3. Procurement & Supplier Coordination**
- Assist in sourcing and procurement of food and beverage items at competitive prices.
- Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and stock deliveries.
- Ensure quality control in purchases and monitor supplier performance.

**4. Menu Costing & Pricing**
- Assist in pricing menu items based on cost analysis.
- Work with the F&B and culinary teams to ensure menu profitability.
- Adjust cost calculations based on market fluctuations and supplier changes.

**5. Compliance & Reporting**
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies and local food safety regulations.
- Prepare cost control reports for management review.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to F&B operations.

**6. Collaboration & Team Support**
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager on cost control strategies.
- Train restaurant and kitchen staff on best practices in inventory management.
- Support the finance team with accurate cost reporting.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s degree or diploma**:

- Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control procedures.
- Proficiency in financial software and inventory management systems
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹25,616.32 - ₹30,619.35 per month
