**Job Summary**

The Burnishing Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process. This individual will be responsible for operating and maintaining burnishing machines to produce high-quality finished products.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate burnishing machines according to established procedures and standards.
- Inspect and assess the quality of finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain and troubleshoot burnishing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on burnishing machines.
- Assist in training new employees.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in manufacturing or related field preferred, but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical fitness to stand and work in a manufacturing environment.
