Pricing Administrator

Location: Bangalore, KA, IN, 560 029- Req ID: 6055**Eligibility Criteria**:
Job Experience - Minimum 2-3 Years in Sourcing or Procurement operations and Knowledge of RFQ process

Job Type - Procurement Analyst in IR (Hybrid)

Education - Preferred Engineering Background (Mechanical, EEE)

ERP Software - Working knowledge of Oracle R12 & SAP MM will be added advantage
- Monitoring Daily Work flow task
- Identification of Commodities through Part description, Product and commodity knowledge
- Hands on experience in RFQ Process
- Preparing Mandatory documents for Sharing RFQ’s
- Identifying right Suppliers based on Commodity
- Floating RFQ’s and communication to suppliers
- Review Routing/Process the part version in Engineering Change request/Change notice
- Collaborating with Engineering team on technical support
- Follow up with Suppliers on a regular basis
- Working with Commodity Managers on quote analysis
- Negotiate with supplier for better pricing
- Follow up with respective Commodity Managers for Task closure
- Knowledge on Engineering Drawings, Assemblies & Sub-Assemblies
- Understanding the notes, Material specs, Change details, Materials
- Able to identify the changes in drawings
- knowledge on CAD drawings (2D & 3D models)
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and yearly reports and weekly task performance tracker

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline required 2-3 years of minimum experience with business systems.
- Knowledge of **Oracle R12 and SAP MM** module software and systems integration details preferred.
- Ability to support **INDIA-USA-EUROPE time zone**:

- Good command of English language and Good command of Microsoft Office Suite required
- Excellent customer service: commitment to solve problems and requests, understanding of the customer needs business and priorities.
- Excellent problem solving abilities. Solves the majority of problems with no/mínimal supervision. Recognizes developing problems and brings them to the attention of others to ensure the appropriate solution is reached / decision is taken.
