**What you will be doing**:

- Assist in leading, mentoring and training the laundry operations team
- Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
- Liaise with housekeeping and front office desk to ensure the smooth running of laundry operations
- Keeping and maintaining stocks of cleaning supplies and chemicals stock at PAR
- Taking care of your team’s training and skill upliftment
- Handling guest complaints/requests related to laundry operations
- Setting up new machines and keeping a check for the same
- Maintaining records and making reports as per the requirements

**Your experience and skills include**:

- Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything related to housekeeping
- Previous experience in a laundry is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
- Handling Guests Requests/Complaints and resolve it in the best manner
- In-depth knowledge of laundry operations
- Zeal to grow and patience to learn

**Salary**: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
