**Position Summary**:
Curlys Music Academy seeks highly motivated and compassionate female interns/volunteers with a strong interest in music therapy. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in psychology, music, or related fields to gain practical experience in a supportive and enriching environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Observe and assist in music therapy sessions**: Observe experienced music therapists conducting sessions with various client populations (e.g., children, adults, seniors, individuals with special needs).
- **Prepare and maintain therapy materials**: Assist in the preparation and organization of music therapy materials, including instruments, props, and therapeutic activities.
- **Data collection and documentation**: Assist in the collection and documentation of client progress, including observations, assessments, and treatment plans.
- **Research and literature review**: Conduct research on music therapy techniques, interventions, and best practices.
- **Administrative support**: Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining client records.
- **Participate in team meetings and professional development activities**: Attend team meetings and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your understanding of music therapy principles and practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Pursuing a degree in psychology, music therapy, music education, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent observational and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Passion for music and a genuine interest in helping others
- Experience with music performance or education (preferred)
- **Personal Qualities**:

- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
