Position: Maintenance Incharge

Location: Lulung Aranya Nivas

Reports To: Property/Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the property.
- Ensure timely repair and upkeep of all electrical systems, wiring, fittings, and equipment (primary responsibility).
- Attend to plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor civil work as required.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and report major issues to management.
- Coordinate with external vendors/contractors when specialized repair work is required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems (wiring, distribution, troubleshooting, safety compliance).
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and civil repair work.
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and come up with effective solutions.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience (hospitality sector preferred).
- Physically fit, proactive, and able to work independently.

Summary:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
