**Job Summary**:
We are hiring for Hardware & Networking Technical Assistant to join our team. Assisting with Senior and Ensure network security and connectivity. Operate master consoles in order to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, coordinate computer network access and use, and test for weaknesses. Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords. Resolve problems reported by the end-user.

**Requirements**:

- Assist in Networking infrastructure maintain
- **Cat6 cabling, crimping, IO port punch, patch panel organize, etc**
- **Computer Hardware services and maintenance**
- **Setup workstations**
- **Troubleshooting the issues and outages**
- **Monitor performance and maintain systems according to the requirements**
- **Software installation and configuration as per developer, and technology requirements**
- Cisco L2 and L3 switches configuration
- Cisco and Aruba enterprises level routers configuration and maintenance
- Local (in-house) server installation and maintenance
- **Power Backup Maintenance for Storage devices and Security Devices**
- **Maintain all Electronic Devices are kept clean on daily basis**
- **Assist in Client-server maintenance, and server hosting**
- **VLAN configurations maintenance, WAN**
- Domain control and VPN management
- Firewall and security management
- **Remote system management and configuration**
- **WIFI and access point Configuration, management**
- Ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently
- Interaction with the clients as per their technical support requirement
- **Collaborate with other IT team members for support needs.**
- **Oversee the delivery and setup of new laptops for employees, ensuring**
- **Manage office landline services, including responding to inquiries,**
- **Troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with service providers.**
- Handle physical mail and courier services, ensuring timely delivery and
- distribution.
- **Stay updated with advancements in IT support practices and technologies.**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, information technology or a related
field.
- Proven experience in IT support and operations management.
Strong knowledge of **Windows OS, MAC, Google Workspace, Office 365, and**
**antivirus software.**
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts, routers, switches, and LAN/WAN
setup.
- **Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical issues**
independently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- **Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively**
**interact with end-users and stakeholders.**
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced
environment
