**UI/UX Web Designer >> ONSITE Role in UDAIPUR, Rajasthan** **Key Responsibilities**: - Design and develop interactive prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and user flows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure design consistency and seamless user experiences. - Develop user-centered design solutions through an iterative design process, ensuring usability, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal. - Create wireframes, user flows, and other design deliverables to illustrate user journeys and interaction patterns. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms. - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design processes and deliverables. - Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, with an understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ensure designs meet responsive design principles and accessibility standards, optimizing for a range of devices and user needs. **Required Skills and Qualifications**: - Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision. - Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. - Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. - Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a basic understanding of how designs translate to code. - Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility guidelines. - Strong understanding of user-centered design processes and techniques, with a focus on user research and testing. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience with motion design and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle). - Familiarity with agile development processes. **Education & Experience**: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product or digital agency environment. **What We Offer**: - A collaborative and creative work environment. - Opportunities for professional growth and skill development. - Competitive salary and benefits package. - If you are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and enjoy working in a dynamic, innovative environment, we would love to hear from you
