**Project Overview**

The Workpackage Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial aspects of various work packages within the project.

This role is crucial for ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently and that the project stays within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Financial Planning and Analysis**
- Develop and maintain detailed financial plans for each work package.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to track project expenditures and forecast future costs.
- Identify and report any financial risks or discrepancies.
- ** Budget Management**
- Monitor and control the budget for each work package.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
- Prepare and present budget reports to project stakeholders.
- ** Cost Control**
- Implement cost control measures to ensure that the project stays within budget.
- Review and approve all financial transactions related to the work packages.
- Conduct regular cost reviews and audits.
- ** Reporting and Documentation**
- Prepare detailed financial reports for each work package.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- ** Collaboration and Communication**
- Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure financial alignment.
- Provide financial guidance and support to project teams.
- Communicate financial status and issues to project stakeholders.

**Work Experience**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a project-based environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.

**Deliverables**
- Monthly financial reports for each work package.
- Budget forecasts and variance analysis.
- Cost control measures and audit reports.
- Financial risk assessments and mitigation plans.
