Production Trainee

Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Production Trainees to join growing team. The role involves supervising and supporting operations in a copper manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in melting alloys for casting or further processing
- Ensure melting procedures meet metallurgical and safety standards
- Inspect equipment and troubleshoot issues related to furnaces, crucibles, ladles, and temperature controls
- Maintain accurate production and material usage records
- Monitor raw material input (scrap metals, alloying agents) and ensure proper alloy composition through sampling and analysis

Qualifications:

- 0-1 year of experience in the metal industry, preferably with copper and copper alloys, fresher also welcome
- Good observation and communication skills
- Ability to work in shifts and in hot working conditions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to factory work environment

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
