**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced Brand Strategist to join our dynamic influencer marketing team. As a Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective brand strategies that leverage influencer partnerships to drive business growth and achieve our clients' marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify and analyze industry trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities for our clients' brands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with clients' overall marketing goals
- Identify and evaluate potential influencer partners that best fit the brand's target audience, values, and messaging
- Craft compelling brand narratives and creative content to engage influencers and their followers
- Manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiations, campaign planning, and performance tracking
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends and best practices, and proactively suggest new approaches to drive client success

**Qualifications**:

- 0-1.5 years of experience in brand strategy, influencer marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven brand strategies
- Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including trends, platforms, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and marketing analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Creativity and strategic thinking to develop unique, impactful brand campaigns
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹12,874.57 - ₹22,000.00 per month
