Coating Inspector

**Requirements**:

- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of industrial Painting & Coating.
- Mandatory certification NACE level II
- Must be open for relocation anywhere in India.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the process of mixing paint components.
- Inspection of surfaces for cleanliness and readiness for painting.
- Inspection of equipment / fixture and other structures reported to be in need of painting.
- Daily Inspection of work in progress and upon completion to ensure that it meets required standards.
- Quality Inspection of the job executed and report generation.
- Preparation and implementation of QA/QC procedures/formats, ITP, IMIR etc.
- Upkeep, maintenance and calibration of test equipment.
- Implementation and Improvement of quality standards as per QMS and OHSAS. Providing resolution to customer complaints, by identifying the root cause and implementation of corrective measures.
- Ensuring safety implementation, emergency preparedness and response on site.
- Ensuring safety precautions methods are followed at work.
- Ensuring that non-conformances are being recorded and corrective actions taken.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
