Production Merchandiser in Textile Export House

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all phases of production are completed efficiently and effectively
- Work closely with the team to create production plans and schedules and ensure all is met.
- Calculate consumptions per sku and manage the sourcing of raw materials
- Ability to make cutting plan, stitching plan, packaging plan and coordinate with each department effectively.
- Ability to manage the proper filing system and also encourage team to do the same.
- Giving approval of dyeing, printing, embroidery, stitching production and other subcontracting work and ensure quality is maintained at each stage.
- Label and Packaging Instructions. Take approvals on the labels and coordinate with the vendor.
- Maintaining the stock while also sourcing new vendors
- Manage a team of workers at all levels
- Maintain reports in a spreadsheet to track production progress, holding weekly production meetings to discuss and address any production issues

**Preferred Skills/Experience**:

- At least five years of experience in production management
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of production practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of workers
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
