**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished dosage forms using a variety of analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, dissolution testing, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and wet chemistry methods.
- Interpreting test results and ensuring compliance with pharmacopeial standards (e.g., USP, EP, BP) and regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Performing method validation and verification studies to ensure the accuracy, precision, and reliability of analytical methods used for testing.
- Investigating and troubleshooting deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and other quality-related issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address root causes.
- Documenting all testing activities, observations, and results in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Participating in stability studies to assess the shelf-life and degradation profiles of pharmaceutical products over time.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to support product development, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols, handling hazardous materials and reagents safely, and maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience Required of at least 1-10 years.**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, instrumentation, and pharmaceutical analysis.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry, including cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory guidelines issued by agencies such as the FDA and EMA.
- Experience with validation of analytical methods, equipment qualification, and documentation practices in a pharmaceutical laboratory setting.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to troubleshoot analytical problems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
