**Full job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the sales team to manage inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and customer databases.
- Follow up with clients for order confirmation, payments, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and contracts.
- Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and update the sales team on stock availability.
- Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support the team in organizing exhibitions, client visits, and other promotional activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Back-end development: 4 years (required)
