**Key Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and treat disorders related to the kidneys, bladder, urethra, prostate, and male reproductive organs.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as urinalysis, imaging, cystoscopy, and urodynamic studies.
- Provide surgical and non-surgical treatments, including procedures like vasectomies, prostate surgeries, and kidney stone removals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including oncologists, nephrologists, and primary care physicians.
- Counsel patients on urological health, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
- Stay current with advancements in urological treatments, technologies, and procedures.
- May participate in clinical research and teaching (if applicable).
**Qualifications**:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or MCH degree.
- Completion of an accredited residency in Urology.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Urology.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state or region.
- Excellent diagnostic, surgical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
