Purchase Executive in the Jewelry Industry As a Purchase Executive specializing in within the Jewelry Industry, your primary responsibility will be to manage the procurement and sourcing activities of jewelry products, raw materials, and accessories from both domestic and international markets. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the companys inventory is well-stocked with high-quality jewelry products, and that all import and export processes are in compliance with relevant regulations.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential suppliers and manufacturers both domestically and internationally to source high-quality jewelry products, raw materials, and accessories, Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, new products, and cost-effective sources
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions, Ensure all contractual obligations are met, including obtaining required documents and certifications
- Oversee the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation procedures, Coordinate with shipping agencies, customs authorities, and logistics personnel to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods
