**Position Overview**: As the Production Supervisor at ShaktiOlevin

Compounds, you will lead the management of production activities and machine operations, focusing on the safe and efficient use of Twin Screw

Extruders, Double Stage Extruders, and Injection Molding Machines. Your core responsibilities will encompass overseeing production, ensuring equipment safety, optimizing resource utilization, and achieving maximum productivity while upholding the company's objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Production Oversight**:

- Monitor and manage daily production activities, ensuring alignment with production schedules and goals.
- Keep detailed records of production outputs, downtime, and any issues encountered during the process.

2. **Machine Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce and oversee safety methods and protocols for machine operation, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Conduct regular safety checks and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.

3. **Resource Utilization**:

- Optimize the utilization of resources, including manpower, materials, and machines, to achieve maximum productivity and meet production targets.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the availability of necessary materials and supplies.

4. **Machine Operations**:

- Supervise the operation of Twin Screw Extruders, Double Stage

Extruders, and Injection Molding Machines, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and smooth functioning.

- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that production meets established quality standards and customer specifications.
- Adjust production processes to match customer samples and maintain consistent product quality.

6. **Process Optimization**:

- Continuously evaluate production processes to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency improvement, and waste reduction.
- Propose and implement process enhancements to streamline workflows.

7. **Maintenance Coordination**:

- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and execute preventive maintenance tasks on machines, minimizing unplanned downtime.

8. **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on production metrics, safety compliance, and machine efficiency.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings to management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or engineering degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics or related industries.
- Strong understanding of machine operations, production processes, and quality control principles.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and mentor a team.
- Proficiency in safety protocols and practices related to machine operation and production environments.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to make data-driven decisions for process optimization.
