Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad

Job Purpose:
The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring all care notes submitted by support workers

are thoroughly reviewed and analyzed. This includes ensuring that medication plans, hygiene

routines, personal care routines, community visits, medical appointments, and diet plans are

completed on time and that compliance is maintained. The officer will ensure participants are

achieving their goals and highlight any red flags for immediate attention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read daily care notes for all participants and prepare participant-wise observations.
- Raise alarms, highlight process gaps, and close loops, ensuring compliance with company

guidelines and regulations.
- Monitor support worker performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to

enhance service delivery.
- Ensure participants receive high-quality, person-centered care.
- Manage staff recruitment, documentation, training, rosters, and performance evaluations.
- Liaise with external agencies such as allied health providers and community organizations

for appointments and community outings.
- Monitor and control expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness; share weekly reports and

assist in facility management.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to participant care and support staff

onboarding.
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the business.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports in Word and PowerPoint format.

- Highly energetic, quick learner with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software.

Performance Expectations:

- Ensure compliance parameters are checked.
- Read and analyze care notes and issue red flags as necessary.
- Submit daily and weekly reports to management and the senior compliance manager for

further action.
- Timely submission of all reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
