We are seeking an energetic and persuasive **female outbound telecaller** to contact potential customers, promote products/services, and generate qualified leads. The role is target-driven and requires excellent communication and convincing skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database/leads.
- Explain products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments/demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
- Maintain call logs, CRM entries, and daily reporting of activities.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and positive approach during calls.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal communication in **[English/Hindi/Regional language - as per business need]**.
- Confident, persuasive, and good at building rapport over the phone.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum **12th Pass / Graduate** (any discipline).
- 0-2 years of experience in outbound calling/tele-sales (freshers with good communication skills may apply).

Pay: ₹8,411.96 - ₹23,879.33 per month
