Junior Marketing

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with cold calling to generate leads and introduce our services to potential clients.
- Support the marketing team in developing strategies to enhance our brand presence.
- Collaborate on digital marketing initiatives like social media, content creation, and ad management.
- Conduct basic market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Maintain client databases and ensure accurate reporting of marketing and sales activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
