**Experienc**e: 9 -12 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM module implementation, configuration, and support.

**SAP Expertise**: Proficiency in SAP MM sub-modules including procurement, inventory management, invoice verification, material valuation, and logistics invoice verification. Experience with SAP MM integration with other SAP modules (SD, PP, FI, WM, QM). Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA (preferably MM functionality in S/4HANA) is highly desirable.

**Technical Skills**: Understanding of SAP configuration settings related to materials management, vendor master, and procurement processes. Experience with LSMW, BAPI, BADI, and IDocs for data migration and system integration. Basic knowledge of ABAP for troubleshooting or debugging purposes.

**Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide strategic solutions to business challenges. Exposure to ticketing tools like Service Now or similar is a plus.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

**Project Management**: Experience managing SAP MM project timelines, deliverables, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.

**Expected Profile and Qualities**:
Ability to understand and address customer concerns, ensuring clear communication with internal teams to resolve gaps and issues. Capability to provide value-added suggestions based on business requirements. Rigorous and detail-oriented, focused on delivering high-quality solutions in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Proven experience with international clients, comfortable with the offshore-onsite working model. Positive feedback from previous organizations regarding the quality of deliverables

**Preferred Certifications**:
SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement.

SAP Certified Professional in SAP Materials Management (MM).
