**What is the recruitment process**:
As a small team (~80 folks), it’s imperative that we get to know each other before taking the leap. We want to ensure you succeed in your role within our team. Each conversation with us will last about 40-75 minutes, except the first call which is a short one to understand expectations. Typically the whole process takes between 10 - 15 business days depending on your and our schedules. The process will occur over telephone or video calls, so you don’t need to worry about travel.
- **Skill Assessment Task**: This will be a task that assesses you on some of the core skills you’ll need to succeed in this role.- **Technical conversation**: This will be a call with a senior member of the team wherein you can expect to be evaluated on your functional skills and other competencies needed for the job, as mentioned below.- **Culture fit conversation**: A conversation with a senior member of the team or our Founder/CEO to ensure that there is a fit with the Kraftshala Kode.- **Extending an offer**: If all goes well, we will extend an offer mentioning the relevant details.**Finance Business Partner - Role Description**
**What you will be doing**:
The role will involve working closely with business units to understand the business, manage accounting and compliance requirements, evaluate and manage risk, publish financial statements, analyze financial data, monitor expenditure, forecast revenue, coordinate the auditing processes, support fundraising, and other relevant tasks to grow the business sustainably.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide robust financial analysis and support to the business to unlock value within proper control framework and governance-
- Manage financial reporting and analysis, forecasting product lines using the key input levers to the business-
- Partner with business leaders to provide input and guidance on business issues and to provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the line(s) of business.-
- Guide the business towards target delivery through budget control and other business decisions as needed-
- Identification of risks and opportunities in the P&L and Working Capital (leading identification and execution of cash flow opportunities)-
