**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Quality Control**: Oversee all finishing works, including painting, flooring, wall coverings, and other final touches, to ensure they meet quality and design standards.
- **Material Selection and Application**: Collaborate on the selection of finishing materials, ensuring choices are in line with the project design, budget, and client preferences.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure finishing stages are completed on schedule.
- **Inspection and Compliance**: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the finishing work, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and design standards.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve any finishing-related issues, collaborating with the team to ensure project timelines are met without compromising quality.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain records of materials used, work progress, and quality assessments for all finishing activities.
- **Budget and Time Management**: Monitor and manage the finishing phase budget and timeline, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural finishes within the real estate or construction industry.
- **Education**: Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient knowledge of materials, finishes, and techniques used in residential and commercial properties.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong eye for detail to ensure high standards in every aspect of the finishing process.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with project stakeholders and resolve issues as they arise.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong ability to troubleshoot and address on-site issues promptly and efficiently.
- **Project Management**: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple finishing tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
