**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Counsel to join our legal team. This position is responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of corporate legal matters, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, intellectual property, and corporate governance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advise senior management and business teams on legal aspects of corporate operations, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including commercial agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, and supplier contracts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant corporate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
- Support corporate governance activities, including preparation of board resolutions, corporate filings, and shareholder communications.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Provide legal support for day-to-day business operations, addressing any legal issues as they arise.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or LLM (Master of Laws) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate law setting.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and intellectual property.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in-house in a corporate legal department.
- Knowledge of international business and cross-border transactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
