**Job Title**: Brand Promoter - Springfit Mattress
**Location**: Yelahanka & Banas wadi - Bangalore, Golf course road - Gurugram, Kirti Nagar - Delhi, Juhu - Mumbai
**Required Experience: 1 to 2 Years**
**Salary Range: 1.8LPA to 2.4LPA**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Promotion**: Proactively promote mattress to potential customers in retail environments or at promotional events.
- **Customer Engagement**: Explain product features, benefits, and differentiators to customers; answer questions and provide demonstrations.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in converting leads to sales by guiding customers through purchase decisions and directing them to in-store sales staff or online portals.
- **Display & Merchandising**: Ensure brand visibility through effective product display, clean presentation, and arrangement of promotional materials.
- **Sampling & Feedback**: Distribute samples (if applicable), gather customer feedback, and share insights with the marketing and product teams.
- **Reporting**: Maintain daily/weekly reports on customer interactions, product interest, and inventory usage.
- **Brand Representation**: Uphold and represent the brand image and values in all customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum High School Diploma; bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in brand promotion, in-store marketing, or customer-facing roles. Experience with home furnishing, sleep products, or mattress-based items is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive, energetic, and confident in engaging strangers.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in local language(s); English/Hindi as needed for the region.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
