**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries about digital marketing courses.
- Counsel students and parents about course details, career prospects, and institute offerings.
- Maintain and update the student database (CRM/Excel).
- Assist in admission formalities and documentation.
- Work closely with marketing and trainers to improve conversion strategies.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional events.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Marketing, Communication, or Business).
- 1-3 years of experience in counselling, telesales, or academic advising.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and achieve targets.

- Energetic, confident, and approachable personality.
- Good listener with empathy and patience for student queries.
- Target-driven with a passion for education and career guidance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,783.40 - ₹40,061.62 per month
