**Salary**: 15000 to 18000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and carpentry work.
- Repair and install doors, windows, shelves, light fixtures, and other hardware.
- Conduct basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues or needed repairs.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with vendors or external technicians when required.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and repair techniques.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license (if travel is required).
