- Skill in animation, VFX and Video editing will add an extra benefit
- Sense of construction methods
- Having a knowledge of construction logistics
- Generating high-quality images or animations from the 3D scene, using rendering software that simulates lighting, shadows, reflections, and other visual effects

**Software knowledge**:

- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, aftereffects
- Knowledge in Latest animation and visualizing software such as Twin motion, Unreal Engine, Lumion, 3Ds Max, V-Ray etc.
- Continuations learning and staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in 3D visualization to produce cutting-edge work

**Soft skills**:

- Interacting with clients and other team members to understand requirements and provide updates on progress via web meetings
- As visualization projects are evolving in nature, being adaptable and open to change helps in navigating these shifts while keeping the project's objectives in focus
