**Key Responsibilities**
- Inspect and grade the clarity of small-sized diamonds according to industry and company standards.
- Identify and segregate diamonds based on clarity, inclusions, and quality.
- Ensure the diamonds meet client and business specifications before final approval.
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and generate detailed reports.
- Coordinate with the production and sourcing teams to resolve quality issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, clarity grading techniques, and tools.
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols during the inspection process.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience: 2-3 years in the diamond industry, with a focus on QC and clarity grading for small-sized diamonds.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of diamond clarity grades, inclusions, and quality standards.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in evaluating clarity and identifying defects.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with loupes, microscopes, and other diamond inspection tools.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and document findings.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple inspections and maintain systematic records.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in gemology or diamond grading (e.g., GIA, IGI) will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with international diamond quality standards.
- IGI person should know the clarity and know how to work in small stones.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
