**Project Overview**:
Louisiana LNG (LALNG) is a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility (the Facility) on the west bank of the Calcasieu River near Carlyss, Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. The Facility will include five (5) liquefaction plants capable of producing up to max. 27 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) of LNG for export. The project will also include three (3) full containment LNG tanks and three (3) jetties that will support LNG carriers.

**Job Summary**:
The Workface Planner Piping (hereafter called WFP) will assigned to Bechtel’s Vadodara office and responsible to prepare Installation Work Packages (IWPs), Material Take-offs (MTO) & Test Work Packages (TWPs) for above ground and underground piping of all types on the project in the United States of America. WFP will be also responsible to support office construction activities, such constructability reviews, ensuring safety in design, providing construction’s input to engineering and procurement teams that improves Total Installed Cost (TIC) on the projects.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for developing Installation work packages (IWPs), Piping Test Work Packages (TWPs) for all types of Piping on the project in assigned work areas and accountable for developing the detailed IWP release plan (90-Day schedule) with the Responsible superintendent, Responsible Field Engineer.
- Understand work packaging philosophy, scope of installation, Work Breakdown Structure and prepares IWP scoping plans in coordination with piping field engineer, WFP manager, piping superintendent at jobsite in the USA.
- Develops detailed IWPs/TWPs as per the project guidelines and procedures, which includes, compiling P&IDs, piping isometrics, standard detail drawings, 3D model snapshots, vendor drawings, inspection test records, flange connection datasheets or any other documents or Engineering deliverables associated with the piping installation.
- Monitors project schedule and ensure performance and timely delivery of IWP/TWP; coordinate with Project Controls team, planners, other stakeholder of the project and ensure piping IWPs are issued as per the project priorities
- Supports development of various other construction engineering deliverables like material takeoff of Piping bulk material and vendor supplied piping components and bulks; upload material take-off quantities and other attributes of Work Packages into the TEAMWorks database or project specific database.
- Prepares plans / method statements for preassembly of piping, interconnects, field welds, and other activities involved in installation of preassembled piping.
- Documents and maintains list of various constraints that hinders preparation of IWPs, and leads resolution and closure of constraints or any other engineering issues.
- WFP may perform random checks of IWP/TWP assembled by the other WFPs.
- Attend progress meetings, maintain effective interface with jobsite construction team site ensuring IWP/TWP, and advance work packaging efforts are effectively delivered on the project.
