**Job Title: Production Supervisor - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Male)**

NB Entrepreneur, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor with 1-2 years of experience to oversee production operations in a GMP-compliant environment. This role is ideal for an energetic professional with a basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, eager to grow within the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production Monitoring and Execution**:
Assist in supervising daily production activities, ensuring timely completion of batches.

Oversee manufacturing, blending, and packaging processes while adhering to SOPs and GMP guidelines.

Maintain accurate documentation, including batch manufacturing records and logbooks.

**Quality Assurance**:
Perform in-process checks to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Report any deviations or issues to the senior team and support corrective actions.

Ensure that all production activities meet pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.

**Team Coordination**:
Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflow.

Assist in training and guiding junior staff to follow SOPs and safety standards.

**Compliance and Safety**:
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the production area as per cGMP and WHO standards.

Enforce the use of PPE and adherence to workplace safety regulations.

Equipment and Process Maintenance:
Monitor the proper functioning of machinery and notify the maintenance team of any issues.

Minimize downtime and optimize efficiency in production activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Science, Engineering, or a related field.

**Experience**:
1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a similar role.

**Skills**:
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and GMP standards.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and production documentation.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Willing to work in shifts if required.

**Compensation**:
**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
