**Responsibilities**
- Handling HR process and HR Policies
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Monitor day to day activities of employees through various tools(Task management, Time Tracking, Attendance management, Communication tool) to ensure smooth work culture
- Implement performance review procedures
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Creating and managing Legal documents of company
- Coordinating communication between Accounts department and client
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
