**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for conducting and carry out the microbiological test of the raw milk, packing materials, and finished product.
- Maintaining and reviewing all the necessary records related to FSSAI systems.
- Should be responsible to handle the team of assistant lab chemist.

**KEY COMPETENCIES**
- Knowledge of relevant tools and equipment
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations
- Knowledge of Milk & Milk products is must (Fresh & Ambient)
