Roles and Responsibility

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of Dealer Channel.
- Recruit a new dealerships channel partners and provide the service.
- Achieve Monthly Recruitment and Business Targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your Dealers partners, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, Operations, marketing, and product development, to align strategies for D2D sales.
- Identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize the business from the dealer partner.Negotiate terms, pricing, among the dealer partners

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate/ MBA (master’s preferred) with minimum 1/2 years of experience in insurance.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably business sourcing from dealer partners.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, dealer networks, and market dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster productive relationships with dealer’s channel.
