**About the Role**:
As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in expanding our portfolio by building relationships and securing new contracts for construction projects within the sports industry. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and engaging with potential clients, ultimately converting them into profitable projects for our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and exploring new market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, sports facility owners, and other key decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and present customized solutions that align with their project requirements and budget.
- Prepare clear and persuasive proposals that showcase the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to project closure.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the construction process.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, etc.) to ensure project success.
- Track and analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, sports management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction industry or the sports sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials related to sports facilities (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive spirit and a passion for building long-term relationships.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation essential.

- language proficiency in English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, any other language more preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Calicut, Kerala initially, and later to Delhi when our new branch opens
