The **Pre-School Teacher** will be responsible for fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment for preschool children.
- Ensure that the children are engaged in educational activities and play, promoting learning through fun.
- **Lesson Planning and Implementation**:

- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans that support early childhood learning objectives.
- Incorporate creative activities like storytelling, music, art, and games to teach basic concepts.
- **Student Development**:

- Monitor and assess each child's progress in terms of learning, behavior, and social skills.
- Offer individualized attention to children, catering to their developmental needs.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and milestones.
- Address any concerns or queries from parents and suggest improvements for their child’s development.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, attendance, and any notable behavior or concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- NTT or ECC.Ed certification required.
- 1-2 years of experience working with preschool children.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with young children.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
