We're hiring for a Admin in T.Nagar, Chennai,

Handles the day-to-day administrative tasks at the reception or front desk, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role involves a range of duties including greeting guests, managing appointments, answering phone calls, and handling basic administrative tasks like filing and correspondence.

**Key Responsibilities;**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in customer service and client management
- Administrative skills, including scheduling and record-keeping
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a front office or customer service role is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management or a related field are advantageous

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanour. Sales Coordinate And Appointment Fixing With Clients.
