**Qualification**:

- Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Psychology is a must.

**Experience-** 5 years+ of Experience

**Profile**:
You will be independently conducting workshops, webinars for our corporate clients along with Counselling sessions/therapy for individual Clients.

- Lead interactive and engaging group sessions, webinars, and workshops for employees at various organizational levels.
- Design and deliver mental wellbeing interventions tailored to corporate audiences.
- Use storytelling, case studies, experiential activities, and real-life scenarios to create impact.
- Use innovative and interactive techniques to hold the attention of diverse groups.
- Adapt content delivery styles to suit virtual and in-person audiences
- Modify sessions based on audience needs and engagement levels.
- Open to traveling to different corporate locations as required.
- Comfortable with facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions across different geographies.
- Provide individual therapy or counseling sessions for employees as part of employee assistance programs (EAPs).
- Offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for clients to discuss their mental health concerns.
