Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulate sales management system, commodity and material management system according to the company. Strictly do a good job in the business of the sales department.

2. Strictly implement the company's rules and regulations, and earnestly perform their job duties.

3. Execute the company's annual, quarterly and monthly merchandise sales plan. And complete planned sales on time.

4. Do a good job in the environmental sanitation of counters, shelves, commodities and grounds during business hours to achieve clean, tidy and bright glass.

5. Check whether the quantity of goods in the counter and in stock is sufficient. If it is insufficient, you must fill in the "Commodity Purchase Declaration Form" in time to notify the store manager to replenish the goods, and try to ensure that there are no out-of-stocks of conventional goods.

6. When the goods arrive, they must be carefully checked and accepted, and put on the counter in time. At the same time, the remaining goods after being put on the counter should be stored or stacked neatly on the shelves.

7. Be ready to provide services to customers at any time. When customers find that they need shopping guides and service hints, they should immediately step forward to provide them with various services in a friendly and sincere manner.

8. Observe the sales environment and pay attention to prevent theft of goods. In case of suspicious situations and emergencies, be calm and calm, and quickly notify the supervisor or manager to deal with them on the spot.

9. Efforts should be made to improve their own business level, so as to know the price, origin, specification and characteristics of each commodity they are responsible for.

10. Keep the products and environment hygienic at all times.

11. When leaving get off work, inform the store manager of the sales status of the products and the status of the products that need to be replenished, so that there is no duplication of replenishment.

12. Salespersons must stick to their posts, and shall not wander or leave without reason. If there is something to leave the post, you must entrust your supervisor and other employees.

13. Responsible for checking the goods in and out of the warehouse. The goods entering and exiting the warehouse must be checked, checked and accepted in a timely manner, and the model, specification, quantity, unit price, etc. are marked, and the warehouse entry and exit documents are properly kept.

14. Responsible for the storage of goods in stock. Carefully keep the goods in the warehouse, make sure that the perpetual inventory is cleared daily and monthly, and stacked neatly, and registered one by one according to the model, specification, and quantity, so as to achieve the matching of accounts, items, and accounts and cards, and ensure that accounts, cards, items, and funds are matched. Do a good job in the fire prevention, theft prevention and loss prevention of the goods in the warehouse to ensure the safety of the goods in stock.

15. Carry out the end-of-period inventory of the company's annual inventory of products and materials. If a problem is found during the inventory, it is necessary to find out the cause, clarify the responsibility, make original records, and go through the procedures for adjusting the accounts according to the procedures.

16. Complete other tasks assigned by the company leaders on time.
