**Job Summary**:
We are hiring **Admission Counsellors** who are passionate about helping others and have strong sales skills. You will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process and converting leads into enrollments.

**Key Responsibilities (Detailed)**:

- **Lead Generation & Follow-Up**:

- Call prospective students who have shown interest through various channels (website, social media, ads, referrals, etc.).
- **Counselling & Course Guidance**:

- Understand the needs, interests, and goals of students.
- Suggest the most suitable courses or programs offered by _Aao Seekhe_.
- Clearly explain course content, duration, fees, certification, and future career benefits.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Guide and Convert students (and sometimes parents) to complete the admission process.
- Address objections or doubts and provide necessary information to help them make a decision.
- Achieve admission targets.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, and admission status in the CRM or Excel sheets.
- Update the status of each inquiry regularly and ensure no lead is missed.
- **Coordination & Teamwork**:

- Coordinate with the internal teams for scheduling demo classes, resolving student issues, or processing admissions.
- Share feedback from students to help improve marketing and course delivery.
- **Reporting & Targets**:

- Prepare daily reports on the number of calls made, conversions, and revenue generated.
- Actively work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales and admission targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Sales or counselling experience (preferred)
- Graduate in any stream
