Job Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of Canada and Australia's immigration policies and procedures
- Strong understanding of various visa categories for both countries
- Excellent communication skills for assisting clients and liaising with immigration authorities
- Customer service experience of about 6-7 years, particularly in a multicultural context
- Ability to stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies for Canada and Australia
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness to assist clients from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in relevant software and databases
- Previous experience in visa counseling or related roles is advantageous.
