**Role and Responsibility**
- Generating business through online platforms like Upwork or Freelancer.
- Setup portfolios on websites and get projects through these websites.
- Write proposals for projects without grammatical mistakes.
- Setup the meetings with the clients/prospects.
- Do Follow ups and manage the end-to-end bid process.
- Build new client relationships and maintain existing ones.

**Skills and Qualification**
- Experience in handling domestic and international clients.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be comfortable in client interaction.
- Basic knowledge of IT Services
- Must have good negotiation skills.
- Be result oriented and achieve monthly targets.
