**_ In this role, you'll be responsible for managing teams and service level targets role for P&C Insurance Business. Facilitating goal-level creation for the team in line with Business goals and works with managers to ensure the goals are cascade to all associates. _**

**_You will be encouraged to be passionate about the Business goals/challenges and know how to seek these using analytics and technology. _**

**_Responsibilities_**:**_ _**

**_Manage teams and service level targets. Providing mentorship to direct reports, comprised of Domain Experts and Assistant managers_**

**_ _**

**_Monitor, analyses and report on trends in the key underwriting performance drivers_**

**_ _**

**_Leading weekly/monthly/quarterly discussions on operations with UK partners_**

**_ _**

**_Understanding of risks faced by the function and the controls in place to manage and mitigate the risks_**

**_ _**

**_Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area_**

**_ _**

**_Ability to function effectively in a team environment exercising good judgment_**

**_ _**

**_Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning_**

**_ _**

**_Approving hiring and redeployment requests within his/her group_**

**_ _**

**_Qualifications we seek in you_**:**_ _**
**_Minimum qualifications_**:**_ _**

**_Any graduate except technical_**

**_ _**

**_Significant experience in UK insurance U/W and claims cycle dynamics and understanding of Lloyds market_**

**_ _**

**_Property and Casualty Insurance Knowledge/ Higher Certification in Underwriting (P&C) Preferred_**

**_ _**

**_Preferred qualifications _**:
**_Ability to think long-term strategically and operationally_**

**_High customer service orientation._**

**_Excellent written and verbal communication_**
