**Class Teacher’s Responsibilities and Duties**

**Daily Schedule**

1. Class teacher is required to check the mentor guide daily for the syllabus

2. Class teacher has to make a day plan in the daily notes diary

3. Class teacher has to plan the activity for the day with respect to the syllabus

4. Class teacher is required to take attendance daily

5. Class teacher is required to call the students who have been absent for 3 days consistently

6. Class teacher is required to assign the homework daily and post message regarding the same in the whatsapp group

7. Class teacher is required to check the notebook of the students on a regular basis

8. Class teacher must keep a keen observation on every student and record their growth regularly

9. Class teacher has to plan outdoor time (playtime after break) for the students

10. Class teacher is required to give appropriate remarks in the notebook after checking

11. Class teacher is required to instruct the remedial class teacher about the syllabus and take updates from them on a regular basis

**Weekly Schedule**

1. Class teacher is required to make charts/artwork for the classroom decoration

2. Class teacher shall check and give the homework in the students’ notebook

3. Class teacher is required to plan the coming week with respect to the syllabus, activities, events, festivals, and the like.

4. Class teacher is supposed to bring the books and notebooks of all the students in their class to the office every 15 days

**Monthly Schedule (4thSaturday)**

1. Class teachers are required to prepare for the PTM

2. Class teachers shall plan the activity of their respective classes for colour day

3. Class teacher is required to be updated with the birthdays of the students of their class for the celebration

4. Class teacher is required to prepare the attendance register for the coming month

5. Class teacher must plan the upcoming book and discuss it with the office staff

**Moral Codes**

1. Class teacher must make sure of the physical and mental well-being of every student

2. Class teacher must be humble with the students and talk to them in a respectable tone

3. Class teacher must use proper vocabulary and avoid rough language

**Assistant Teacher’s Responsibilities and Duties**

1. Assistant teacher shall help the class teacher with the following tasks
- Taking the attendance
- Making homework for the students in the notebook
- Correcting books and notebooks
- Executing activity during activity time
- Making decorations and artwork for celebrations and festivals
- Ensuring the well-being of the students
- Managing the class and recess time
- Taking revision

2. Manage remedial classes

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
