Job Title: Export Merchandiser

Experience: Minimum 15 Years

Location: Kollam,Kerala

Salary Package: ₹60,000 to ₹80,000

Qualifications Required:
Degree in Textile Engineering

MBA in Marketing / International Business preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute export merchandising activities from order inquiry to shipment.

Maintain strong relationships with international buying agencies and clients.

Handle all types of fabrics, including woven, knits, technical têxtiles, etc.

Lead coordination with international brands; manage end-to-end execution of their orders.

Ensure detailed knowledge and supervision in garment production, sewing, finishing, packing, and shipment.

Must have own export order contacts or clients and actively generate new leads.

Coordinate sampling, approvals, cost negotiations, and production timelines.

Frequent travel (domestic & international) to meet buyers, attend fairs, and secure business orders.

Monitor quality standards and compliance with export documentation and delivery schedules.

Key Skills:
Proven track record in export merchandising

Excellent understanding of fabric, garment construction, and international standards

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proficient in export documentation, logistics, and international trade practices

Strong network of international buyers and agents
